Kohan Schnurr is a finance-driven real estate professional with hands-on experience in property acquisition, valuation, and asset disposition throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth market. He combines advanced financial modeling, market analytics, and deal structuring with practical field experience in renovation and sales.  He brings both analytical rigor and operational execution to every project.

 

Currently completing a B.B.A. in Finance with a Real Estate emphasis at Texas Christian University’s Neeley School of Business, Kohan is pursuing a corporate career in portfolio and disposition analysis, where he can apply data-driven insights and property-level experience to maximize asset value and return on investment across diverse markets.

Early Foundations

Introduced to real estate at an early age through family investments, Kohan began co-investing in projects by eighth grade and gained hands-on experience with design decisions and rental turnovers. At 18, he entered wholesaling and progressed into independent property flips, balancing his investment portfolio alongside his academic career. These early experiences fostered a strategic mindset, a deep understanding of value creation, and a lasting passion for real estate finance.

As someone who enjoys playing basketball, Kohan applies the same discipline, teamwork, and strategy learned on the court to his professional life.
